Year- 2019
(1) District – Balrampur
On 23/06/2019, 13 people were saved by water rescue team in police station Lalia, district Balrampur.
(2) District – Agra
1- On 08/07/2019, the team did relief and rescue work in Police Station- Etmadpur, district Agra.
2- On 12/09/2019, 05 people were saved during the relief and rescue work by the team in Police Station Basoni, District Agra.
(3) District – Bahraich
On 28/07/2019, 01 person was saved by water rescue team in Motipur police station, district Bahraich.
(4)District – Gorakhpur
On 08/08/2019, water rescue was done by the team in Campierganj police station, Gorakhpur district.
Year- 2020
District-Kushinagar
On 14/07/2020, the SDRF team rescued 220 people trapped in the flood water of Narayani river and took them to safe places.
Year- 2021
(1)District- Kushinagar
1- SDRF team reached Kushinagar (Barvapatti) on 18-06-2021 on information that a boat carrying 150 passengers and more than 50 animals was stranded in the Narayani river, rescued them and took them out safely to safe places.
2- District Kushinagar, on 22-06-2021 and 26-06-2021, on the information that the village situated on the banks of Narayani river was surrounded by water, the SDRF team rescued more than 170 villagers and about 200 animals to safe places.
(2) District- Etawah
1- Etawah (Badpura) On 06-08-2021, 175 people trapped in Yamuna and Chambal river and mother, her born child and other family members were rescued by the SDRF team and taken to a safe place and lunch to the flood victims. Packets delivered.
2- SDRF in district-Etawah. Army Commander Dr. Satish Kumar inspected/visited the team and flood areas.
(3) District- Jalaun
Jalaun (Rampura) On 06-08-2021, 80 people trapped in the Sindh river were rescued by the SDRF team and taken to a safe place.
(4) District- Ballia
1- Ballia (Bairia) on date-11.08.2021, on the information of the drowning of 01 person in the river Ganga, the SDRF team visiting the said village immediately reached the spot and rescued the person and provided first aid and took him to the medical camp.
2- District-Ballia, from 09-08-2021 to 15-08-2021, people were rescued by the SDRF team and taken to a safe place in the flood and lunch packets were distributed to the flood victims.
(5)District - Gorakhpur
1- Gorakhpur (Bargadwa) On 31-08-2021, 39 persons, cattle and their belongings trapped in the flood were rescued by the State Disaster Response Force team and taken out to a safe place.
2- Gorakhpur (Tiwaripur) Due to heavy rains on 17.09.2021, about 225 people, including 01 pregnant woman trapped in water in Baharampur, Zafar Colony, were safely evacuated by the SDRF team to safe places.
(6) District- Ayodhya
Ayodhya (Tarun) On 18.09.2021, 25 people, 35 goats and household items trapped in the flood under Mughalania village were safely evacuated by the SDRF team to safe places.
(7) District - Rampur
1- Rampur (Tanda) dated 20-10-2021 About 335 people trapped in extreme flood affected areas were rescued and taken out to a safe place and relief and food items were distributed.
2- Rampur (Tanda) On 20-10-2021, on receiving information about 02 youths being trapped in flood due to sudden increase of water in Kosi river under village Lalpur, SDRF team immediately rescued both the youths alive.
(8) District – Pilibhit
Pilibhit Madhav Tanda Dated 20/10/2021 About 27 people and their essential goods were rescued and taken to safe places in highly flood affected areas and relief and food items were distributed.
(B) Dead body rescue
Year -2018
(1) District- Unnao
On 17/10/2018, district Unnao, as a result of vehicle falling in the canal, 04 dead bodies were removed by the team while doing search and rescue work.
(2) District – Meerut
On 07.17.2018, search and rescue work was done by the team as a result of truck falling in Ganga canal in district Meerut.
Year- 2019
(1) District- Ballia
On 16/01/2019, water rescue related work was done by the team at Kakkar Ghat, District Ballia.
(2) District- Deoria
On 10/02/2019, the dead body was recovered by the team in police station Barhaj, district Deoria by water rescue.
(3) District - Lucknow
1- On 20/06/2019, the dead bodies were recovered by the team while doing rescue and relief work due to pickup drowning in Nagram police station, district Lucknow.
2- On 13/08/2019, the dead body of a drowned person was recovered by the team in Nigoha police station, district Lucknow.
(4) District – Gorakhpur
On 21/07/2019, 01 dead body was recovered by the team in water rescue in police station Khajni, district Gorakhpur.
(5) District:- Santakbirnagar
On 19/10/2019, flood relief and rescue work was done by the team as a result of drowning of 01 person in police station Khalilabad, district Santakbirnagar.

(1) District - Lucknow
1- On 24/01/2020, relief and rescue work was done by the team as a result of drowning of 01 person in Gomti river in Gomtinagar police station, district Lucknow.
2- On 13/08/2020, relief and rescue work was done by the team as a result of drowning of 02 persons in Gomti river at Laxman fair ground, district Lucknow.
(2) District Gorakhpur
1- On 15/05/2020, relief and rescue work was done by the team as a result of drowning of 01 girl in Rapti river in village Sohgaura district Gorakhpur.
2- On 28/09/2020, as a result of receiving information about drowning of 01 person in Rapti river in police station Rajghat, district Gorakhpur, the dead body was removed through relief and rescue work.
3- On 13/11/2020, relief and rescue work was done as a result of drowning of a person in Rapti river in Gagaha police station, district Gorakhpur.
4- On 29/11/2020, as a result of receiving information about drowning of a person near Mahesara bridge in Muktighat district Gorakhpur, the dead body was recovered by the team by doing relief and rescue work.
5- On 12/12/2020, the dead body was recovered by relief and rescue work as a result of drowning of a person in police station Chiluwatal district Gorakhpur.
(3) District- Moradabad
1- On 06/09/2020, after receiving information about drowning of two girls in Ram Ganga river in village Ahmedpur Jaitwara district Moradabad, the dead bodies of both were recovered by the team by doing relief and rescue work.
(4) District- Sitapur
On 22/09/2020, the dead body was recovered by relief and rescue work as a result of drowning of a person in Sharda Nagri in Mahmudabad district Sitapur police station.
(5) District Santakbirnagar
1- On 31/10/2020, relief and rescue work was done as a result of drowning of 01 person in Rapti river in Thana Mehandawal district Santakbirnagar.
(6) District Prayagraj
1- On 03/12/2020, rescue work was done as a result of receiving information about the incident of drowning of 01 child in Sangam area, district Prayagraj.
2- Dated 12/12/2020, immediate relief and rescue work was done on receiving the information about the incident of 02 persons slipping their feet and drowning in the river in Handia police station, district Prayagraj.
(7) District Auraiya
On 20/12/2020, relief and rescue work was done as a result of the drowning incident of 01 person in police station Kotwali, district Auraiya.

1- On 02/01/2021, the dead body of a person was recovered due to drowning in the river in police station Padrauna, district Kushinagar.
2- The SDRF team reached Kushinagar (Tamkuhiraj) village Salemgarh on the information of drowning of 04 children in the pond and took out the dead body of 01 child.
3- Kushinagar (Hanumanganj) on date-05.09.2021, on the incident of drowning of 01 child in Nautar Nala, the SDRF team, which was conducting a search operation, recovered the dead body of the child by rescuing it with the help of skilled deep divers.
(2) District Auraiya
On 30/01/2021, the dead body of a person was recovered due to drowning in the river in Thana Ayana district Auraiya.
(3) District Rae Bareli
1- Rae Bareilly (Thana Saraini) Dated 19-02-2021 SDRF team rescued the dead body of 01 person drowned in river Ganga.
2- Dated 16-03-2021, the ongoing search operation in Sharda Canal of Mill Area Police Station area of Rae Bareli district ended when both the dead bodies were recovered.
(4) District- Kannauj
1- Kannauj (Potion Kotwali) dated 21-02-2021 SDRF team rescued and pulled out the dead body of 01 person drowned in river Ganga.
2- Kannauj (Rajapurwa) dated 12-03-2021 SDRF team rescued the dead bodies of 02 girls drowned in river Ganga.

Lakhimpur Kheri (Police Station) on 25-02-2021, SDRF team rescued the dead body of 01 constable drowned in Sharda canal.
(6) District - Santakbirnagar
1- Mehdaval (Santkabirnagar) Dated 15-03-2021 SDRF team reached on the information of drowning of a person in Rapti river and recovered the dead body.
2- Santakbir Nagar (Khalilabad) on 31-07-2021, on the information of the drowning of the girl child at Ajgaiba Ghat of Aami river, the SDRF team rescued and found the dead body of the girl in 06 hours.
(7) District Lucknow
1- Lucknow (Hasanganj) on 19-03-2021, SDRF team rescued the dead body of a person drowned in Gomti river near Hanuman Setu.
2- Lucknow (Gomti Nagar) On 28-03-2021, the SDRF team, which was conducting a search operation in search of a youth drowned in Gomti river, recovered the dead body using thundering method.
3- Lucknow (Metropolitan) on date 22-06-2021, 07 out of 08 people riding in a Bolero car fell uncontrollably in the Gomti river, and the dead body of 01 person was discovered by the SDRF team after 06 hours of hard work.

Bhadohi (Gopiganj) On 16-05-2022, on the incident of drowning of youth in river Ganga, the dead body was taken out by joint rescue by SDRF and NDRF team.

Vrindavan (Mathura) dated 19-02-2021 The SDRF team safely pulled out a drowning monk in the Yamuna river near Kumbh area Deoraha Baba Ghat.

1- Prayagraj (Phaphamau) On 28-06-2021, near the Phaphamau bridge, a young man jumped into the river Ganga, the SDRF team present on the spot rescued the young man alive.
2- Prayagraj (Daraganj) On 26-07-2021, 65-year-old Kaushalya Prasad, who was drowning due to slipping foot while bathing at Dasha Sumer Ghat of river Ganga, was promptly rescued by the SDRF team present at the ghat and brought out the person alive.
3- Prayagraj (Daraganj) On 06-08-2021, 16-year-old Ankita, a resident of Hathras, who was drowning in the river Ganga, was rescued alive by the SDRF team patrolling the river as soon as the passers-by received information about her drowning.
(3) District Ayodhya
1- Ayodhya (New Ghat) on date-06.08.2021, two youths who came to bathe in Saryu river from Hussainabad of Balrampur started drowning in the river due to strong current in the water, the SDRF team deployed at the ghat promptly rescued both the youths out. Removed and sent to hospital with the help of local police.
2-Ayodhya (Rajghat) 01 person was saved alive while drowning on 03-09-2021.
3-Ayodhya (New Ghat) Date-21.09.2021 Naya Ghat The woman who was drowning in the lap of the strong current of the river after slipping her foot in the Saryu river was immediately rescued alive by the SDRF team patrolling the spot.
4- Ayodhya (New Ghat) Date- 09.10.2021 Gonda resident Kapil, who was drowning in the strong current of the river after jumping from Saryu river bridge, was immediately taken out of the river by joint rescue operation by SDRF and PAC team at Naya Ghat Ayodhya. Provided and sent to the hospital with the help of an ambulance.
5-Ayodhya (Nayaghat) incident of a woman jumping into Saryu river on 29-10-2021, rescued by SDRF team patrolling the river and sent to hospital with the help of local police.
6-Ayodhya (Naya Ghat) On 15-12-2021, Naya Ghat, a girl who was drowning by jumping into Saryu river was safely rescued alive by the prompt SDRF team.
(4) District-Ballia
Ballia (Baria) On 11.08.2021, on the information of the drowning incident of 01 person in the river Ganga, the SDRF team visiting the said village immediately reached the spot, rescued the person and provided first aid and took him to the medical camp.
(5) District-Rampur
Rampur (Tanda) On 20-10-2021, on receiving information about 02 youths being trapped in flood due to sudden increase of water in Kosi river under village Lalpur, SDRF team immediately rescued both the youths and saved them alive.

(1) District Ayodhya
1- Ayodhya (Naya Ghat) on 20-04-2022, 01 youth who was drowning in Saryu river was immediately rescued alive by patrolling SDRF team.
2- Ayodhya (Naya Ghat) on 29-04-2022 02 persons who were drowning in Saryu river were rescued alive by the patrolling SDRF team.
3-Ayodhya (Naya Ghat) on 16-05-2022 husband and wife who were drowning in Saryu river were immediately rescued alive by patrolling SDRF team.
(D) collapsed structure search and rescue
Year- 2018
(1) District Gautam Buddha Nagar
1- From 18/07/2018 to 21/07/2018, due to the collapse of a multi-storey building under construction in Gautam Budh Nagar, relief and rescue work was done by the three teams of the State Disaster Response Force.
(2) District Rae Bareli
On 10/10/2018, due to train accident near Harchandpur railway station of district Rae Bareli, 02 teams of B and C teams carried out relief and rescue work.
(3) District Shahjahanpur
On 14/10/2018, relief and rescue work was done by the team as a result of the collapse of the building under construction.

(1) District Lucknow
On 02/07/2019, a person trapped inside a truck in a road accident was safely rescued by a team of B team at Police Station PGI, District Lucknow.
Year - 2020
(1) District Lucknow
On 19/06/2020, as a result of boiler explosion in chemical factory in Thana Chinhat district Lucknow, rescue work was done by 01 team of A Dal.
(2) District Kanpur
1- On 13/08/2020, relief and rescue work was done by the team as a result of the collapse of 03 storey building in Moolganj police station, district Kanpur.
2- On 23/11/2020, relief and rescue work was done by the team as a result of building collapse in police station Anwarganj district Kanpur.
Year- 2021
(1) District Lucknow
Lucknow (Wazirganj) On 23-06-2021, the SDRF team, which arrived on the information of sudden collapse of 03 storey building in Wazirganj police station area of capital Lucknow, rescued and took out the dead body of 01 person buried in the debris.
(2) District Bareilly
SDRF team reached Bareilly (Fatehganj) on 01-09-2021 on the information of the incident of demolition of 03 storey building, 03 dead bodies and 01 living person trapped in the debris were taken out and sent to the hospital by running a rescue operation.
(E) MFR Medical First Responder / Road Accident
Year- 2020
(1) District Lucknow
1- On 13/11/2020, the victim trapped inside the car in a road accident was pulled out by the team at Shaheed Path police station PGI district Lucknow.
2- On 27/10/2020, 02 persons trapped in it were safely evacuated by the team as a result of the accident of a sorghum-laden tractor on Sisendi Marg in Banthara police station, district Lucknow.
(2) District Fatehpur
District-Fatehpur on 15.08.2021, after completing the rescue work, the SDRF team, returning to the administration site, saw that the bike rider had an accident on the road with another vehicle, on which the team immediately provided first aid (first aid) to the accident victims. ) was provided and sent to the hospital.

Year- 2020
(1) District Sitapur
1- On 24/02/2020, relief and rescue work was done by the team as a result of the incident of 01 youth falling into borewell in Machharaita police station, district Sitapur.
(2) District Kannauj
2- On 03/08/2020, relief and rescue work was done by the team as a result of 01 person falling into a well in village Udaipur police station Chhibramau district Kannauj.
(3) District Mahoba
Dated 02/12/2020 Relief and rescue work was done by the team as a result of the incident of 01 child falling into a borewell in village Budhaura Belatal Mahoba.
